Her Monthly Restaurant Columns have ranged from: "Dining Out with
Dee" in The San Luis (Obispo)
Revue in California, and "Lunch Beat" and "Wine & Dine" columns
for Today's Chicago Woman.
On a freelance basis, Dee has written about tourist attractions including
Hearst Castle and
hotels like the Madonna Inn in California. Personality profiles are her
favorites. She's written
celebrity cover stories for Pacific Coast Magazine in California; socialite
and celebrity cover
stories for Skyline (Lerner Newspapers) and designer stories for the
Fashion & People section of
The Chicago Sun-Times.
She has also interviewed and written biographical stories on all the
original Munchkins from the
1939 MGM movie classic The Wizard of Oz.
